Fairy Gerygone

This tiny, inconspicuous bird often goes unnoticed in Queensland tropical gardens.  Plain cloured and quiet, it discreetly forages about in garden shrubs and low bushes.  If the observer remains still and patient, it is possible to view these charming little birds at close range in the garden foliage.  They have a low but pleasant call.
