A delicate, petite bird with soft grey and green colouring and those big, red eyebrows to match a red rump. Usually seen in small flocks, often feeding on ground-fallen seeds or grass seed heads. It has a whispy, faint call. A birdbath in your garden will often attract these finches in to drink and bathe.
